Most people who threaten to DDOS can but have no idea what to do with ur IP address so you can get kicked off for like 5 mins but nothing more most of them use a program called Cain and abel to get ur IP then they use a DDOS tool i cant remember the name of but if u use Internet proxy's ur IP Adress changes to one that isnt real so it do-sent work but seriously dude nothing to worry about

well if you do it to random people that makes you a complete dick. But if you're learning how it works and stuff like that and it isnt affecting others then its okay

yeah exactly, Especially in Call of duty. They just act hard on the xbox but in real life there prob scared or something
