I have a hard time seeing this go anywhere. It is common knowledge that games come with dlc and the online passes need to be treated as such. The online pass is essentially dlc as you download it to access content, not that I agree with them but I also do not agree with people who abuse the legal system. For the prosecution to succeed they need to establish that a tort(wrong doing) was committed in this civil case. Because gamestop committed no wrong or had the intent to wrong Mr.Farley the book will probably end up being thrown at him, deservedly.

That's what gets for buying a USED game that NEEDS a CODE to gain ADDITIONAL content. Instead of going through all the trouble a used he should just spend the extra 10 dollars and get the new version.
