I just noticed that I had some ports being forwarded on my router settings and with those enabled, I was not able to connect.
Make sure that there is no port forwarding on your router that is enabled because for some reason, even if the port forwarding had nothing to do with my xbox, stopped it from connecting. Just another thing for you guys to try that are having problems.
Im Located in Ontario, Canada. If you were wondering.
Worked for a few of my friends on XBL and now E-XBLS works mint.
