Recently Microsoft has cut down on a lot of policies that most people didn't like, the Xbox staff has changed a bit, they updated the CPU from 800 to 853 mhz, announced that 360 mics are compatible with it (with an accessory) and that you can multitask with Skype and such. Now lets compare these features with the PS4.
No DRM: XB1 (YES) PS4 (YES)
Used Games : XB1 (YES) PS4 (YES)
Better CPU: XB1
Better Motion Controls: XB1
Most users: XB1
Support last gen mics: XB1 (YES) PS4 (YES)
Skype integration: XB1 (YES) PS4 (NO)
HDMI: XB1 (YES) PS4 (YES)
Cable/TV: XB1 (YES) PS4 (NO)
Better built in capture card: PS4
Better controller: Most prefer XB1
Better achievements/trophy system: XB1
Better Exclusives (my opinion): Xbox One (Forza 5, Ryse: Son of Rome. DR3, Titanfall, Minecraft: Xbox One Edition)
Better RAM: PS4
Better Graphics (slightly): PS4
Better party chat: XB1
Better Server: XB1
YouTube and more apps for free: XB1
FPS: XB1
Indie Game support: XB1
Hard Drive: PS4 (because it is removable but both are 500 GB)
Cloud: XB1 (YES) PS4 (YES, well sorta)
Most pre-orders via Online: PS4
Better default mic: PS4 (Xbox One's default mic is sold separately for $25, which is in fact better)
HDCP : XB1 (MAYBE) PS4 (YES)
HD PVR: Tie as both require a PVR with HDMI, not components.
Well guys you tell me what you think, but with all the things the Xbox One brings to the table I think it will do very well, maybe even better than the PS4.

A lot of these are not confirmed at all. BTW PS4 has a better CPU...

How the hell do you know which has more users if its not even out yet??
Most people preferred PS4 controller at E3 although that could of been out of hate for X1
We don't know the PS4 trophy system yet...
How do you know which has better party chat if they are not out??
X1 has MORE servers not BETTER servers...
PS4 will have all of those apps for free, on X1 you need gold, so that's not really free..
PS4 has better indie support, we don't know what you have to do to get your game on XBL yet
X1 does not have HDCP, but we don't know if the PS4 does, you just assume it does...

xbox also has game capture ability, its just alot less than the PS4

You can update the HDCP, at least for games the Xbox One doesn't have HDCP.
