Basically I will not be buying FIFA14 for the 360 as I am getting the Xbox One instantly so I feel that it is a waist of money. I understand that you are able to transfer coins, players etc from 360 to Xbox One but would I need to purchase it on DISC on my 360. I was planning on using the Web App and just trading and then switching to Xbox One but im not sure if it will work without buying it on disk until the Xbox One comes out?

It will work if you had one of the previous FIFA's, and that's because the web app is like 1 or 2 weeks available BEFORE the game is released already. They did that so you can start off your team already which is great

I know that mate, but I just cant see them allowing me to transfer my coins via web app to xbox one.

Yes they said in the last update video that their is the one time offer to transfer your coins and players from xbox 360 to xbox one or ps3 to ps4.
