So I broke my iphone when I went swimming with it, and didn't tell my gf that it was broken so she freaked out and was calling my house phone,(I haven't talked to her in a while) so I told my best friend to tell her im in the hospital in a coma. I figured she wouldn't believe it but my friend called me back saying she is leaving to go to the hospital and wants my room number. So I drove to the hospital and beat her there. I told her they got me out of the coma and I was fine. I never told her the truth and she still has no idea, only told her I could pass out at any moment. Should I tell her?

Its not good to keep things from each other and it could affect you guys if you don't tell her. So if I were you and you really love her I would tell her the truth just to get it out of your head and keep things straight
