Ive had none accounts banned on my xbox before..

Not if you get caught. Modding is like drugs. (Bad example ) But you can do them all you want but if you get caught your f*cked.
Note: Meaning getting caught my Microsoft

It depends on your luck some people get Account some get console and if you just have no luck at all you get both.

It depends on your luck some people get Account some get console and if you just have no luck at all you get both.
yeah but ive heard you need 2-3 accounts banned on that console till you could get a possible console ban...?

ive had about 10 consoles banned and like 30 accounts.

if your modding with a rockstar person in the game they will contact xbox and you will be console banned


if people just report you, you will be account banned

You need 3 permanent account bans in order to get console ban.

You don't need a certain amount of account bans to get console banned. It depends on what they feel is right for the banning. You could just get account banned or you could get both.
