I was just browsing the web to see if there has been any news on the DayZ Alpha and I came across an article about a Kickstarter project named "7 Days to Die". It looks like DayZ and Minecraft had a baby lol.

Quote from the Kickstarter;
7 Days to Die is an open world, voxel-based, sandbox game that is a unique mash up of First Person Shooter, Survival Horror, Tower Defense and Role Playing Games combining combat, crafting, looting, mining, exploration, and character growth.

It currently has $17,000 backed out of the goal of $200,000. It looks like it has the potential to be a really, really good game. Just thought I would share this information with you guys because of how awesome it looks. Here is the [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] to the Kickstarter page.

As somebody that backed this project I'm just curious as to what drew you away from it. I think this looks amazing in my opinion.

The fact that it looks like rust as said above.

- It looks like Castle Miner Z when they mine a block

- Graphics aren't to swell and it's 2013 I feel like they could be better.
