Yeah its cool,but very scary if you have some fears about it.

I found this quite funny, last night after I made the earlier post on this topic I read into astral projection out of boredom. I ended up thinking it was highly unlikely. I went to sleep and woke up in the middle of the night like I usually do, so I tried to go back to sleep and ended up feeling this weird tingling feeling that is usually associated with sleep paralysis, then I felt like I was being pulled upward until I got freaked out and woke myself up.

Keep in mind I didnt even want to try this, like no interest at all.

Just thought I might share this weird experience lol
