What would happen if Microsoft, Sony or any other company found out about this site?
Is this site illegal? Because of the modded lobbies and things like that? Or will they not take any action towards this site?
It was just a thought in my head, I remember talking to a Microsoft representative yesterday and almost telling him about this but was just unsure..

Umm help me out you guys

Yes, it could lead to prison sentence. Its very strict Law rules about Cheating, Modding, Codes ect.

Basically any community site can get into trouble because there always have a modding thread on there.

You do not need an account to see posts made by users, so some companies could be annoymous users looking into your posts.

Microsoft already knows about this Website...
They make accounts to spy on the Modders.
