I was working out my new training routine for the summer and I realized it'll have to be different from my old one due to me not being as fit and being able to cope as well in a game (I play Rugby- Wing) I need to add in some cardio and sprint training.

I'm already quite fast but not very good at endurance, I would like to add some muscle and become stronger as I'm big for my age group but not big in muscle mass, I would like a good mix between being strong and being anaerobically fit.

so if someone could make a routine it would help.

If you need more detail just ask

There's a lot more to it than just going to the gym and start lifting weights.

I highly recommend you exercise natural and eat primal. Working out natural without the help of equipment works a lot more muscles in your body, and I have found it a lot more effective. I use the training schedules found in the book "You Are Your Own Gym". It's very effective, and my strength has increased a lot. I noticed differences in just the first month.

I eat whatever I want too.

Press ups - x20 (Sets of 5)
Sit ups - x10 (Sets of 5)
... you get the hint.

Then build it up i.e Sets of 5, then Sets of 6 ect.
