I live in the US.
Budget & Currency: $800
Peripherals & Monitor: None needed
Games: I'll be playing minecraft and League of Legends
Software: I wont be using any editing programs but i will be recording with the Elgato. it requires at least a 2.0 ghz processor
Aesthetics: Doesnt matter to me.
Rebates/Promos: as many as possible
Details: i dont need a monitor or speakers, already have those. and try to keep the price as cheap as possible.
When: asap, my laptop is old and i would like to be able to play games smoothly.
Thanks for the Help!

For playing those two games, i wouldn't say you really need to spend more, hell even this might be a little overkill.
0/10 wouldn't bang

It comes down to your personal experiences, but there are vast reviews of people having no issues with CX power supplies and its your choice whether to buy one. Not going to entertain the HDD debate. As for the GPU like i said the budget does not need to be maxed out for the requirements and if it did, OP should get a 7870XT/LE over the GHz.

My take on the build:

650 Ti boost is plenty for your needs. 1TB should be enough for recording, and the 6300 is good for your editing needs. I added an SSD for super performance when booting and opening applications.
If it's too pricey, then let me know because there is a 1GB model of the 650 Ti Boost for 40 dollars less.
The standard 7870 is a stupid buy over the 660. For roughly the same performance, you pay a bit more. It would be pointless.

Seagate HDD? What's wrong with that. I've only had bad experiences with Western Digital, but I still recommend it because the majority of the reviews are positive. Same with Seagate. Problems they had were a few years back now. The barracuda 1TB is super quick and great value for money.

I would post a few articles, but I cannot find them at this moment.
New CX series are much better and depending on the price, can be a good buy.
