Yes, it depends how bad your game is broke. If you get a lone of a clean disk and install it then it might work with your broke disk.

If you install the game before you break it YES if not then NO.

What you can do is if your broke the game before you had the chance to install it is find a friend that has the same game and download it to the xbox, and then use the broken disk to start up the game.
