I am about to blow minds, including mine.

Let's begin with the actual definition of a conspiracy.
As a verb without an object. -
1) the act of conspiring [which is to secretly agree together, as a party, group, or partners, to do something wrong, illegal, or evil}
2) to act or work together toward the same result or goal.
As a verb used along with the object. -
3) to plot something wrong, evil or illegal.

Most people today think they actually think they know what a conspiracy is, when they ACTUALLY don't know the exact definition of a conspiracy in the English language.

So I want to start out with two main, or common, "conspiracies" that most people "know". 9/11 and Tupac Shakur. I want to start with 9/11.

So as everyone knows, on September 11th, 2001, terrorists, identified as Middle Eastern (later as the group called Al Qaeda), hijacked four planes in mid flight. These terrorists then flew two planes into two skyscrapers in New York City, The World Trade Centers. The impact of those buildings caused those buildings to eventually collapse, killing thousands. Then, another plane crashed and destroyed part of the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia. And finally, the fourth plane crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania. Officials then came forward to explain that the last plane was heading for the White House, the U.S. capitol. That is the most general explanation of 9/11 on the Internet today, and according to sources, it is legitimate and correct.

Now onto Tupac Shakur. So on September 7th, 1996, Shakur was at the MGM Grand for the Mike Tyson- Bruce Seldon boxing matches, because if many of you might or might not know, Shakur and Tyson were considered best friends. So, in general terms, Shakur spotted a Crip and rushed to beat him up, along with his "entourage" and this was all caught on the hotels video surveillance system. He then rode off with Suge Knight to go to a club, Club 662 which was owned by Death-Row records at the time. When they stopped at an intersection, Shakur was shot four times, while Knight was only hit with glass. Apparently, one of the body guards drove off after the assailants, but he was never found afterwards (the bodyguard, HINT HINT. suspicion at it's finest). Shakur and Knight were the driven off to the University Medical Enter, where Shakur was placed on life support until his death 6 days later. He apparently died from respiratory failure and cardiac arrest. Shakurs body was then cremated, and his ashes were spread over the Pacific Ocean in Los Angeles, California by family and friends.

Now, of course you can go into greater detail with the investigation of 9/11 (reading the official report, researching any edits to the official report, investigating pictures of the scenes of the crashes, investigating the black boxes, etc.). And the same obviously goes for Shakur as well. But the fact is that probably 80-90% of Americans will not research it, due to various reasons. A couple which I will name, are the following : They are merely sheep, that listen to mainstream media (MM) and other news channels blabber about the report and what not, and do not question any of the "facts." Another reason, is because they are simply lazy, and if at the spur of the moment that they decide to research the topic they believe is a conspiracy, but then a couple days later they forget, and resume back to their everyday lives. Those two reasons make a great generalization of Americans on how they take information. The first reason that I stated, mainly comes from the education system and how it has "raised" the generations of Generation X and Y. The system has mainly stuck with the concept of teaching teaching teaching, then giving a test, and then forgetting the information until a final exam occurs. After that, most students forget the information, and that is how they have been taught throughout those years. And basically the teachers of the subject, maybe not professors at universities of course, but regular college professors down to pre school teachers, are only specifically trained to teach the official state standards issued from the National Education Association. In other words, the government is controlling what is taught, what isn't, and how it is taught.

Anyway, with all this information now, let's get back to my original question. Are conspiracies.. conspiracies? Well with these two "conspiracies" we can already tell that one of them fits the exact definition of a conspiracy. No, trolls, it isn't Tupac Shakur. 9/11 was the purest sense of a conspiracy, because it was a plot devised and developed for many years, and was based around evil and illegal acts. So with this in mind, you can technically call the Tupac Shakur "conspiracy" a theory, since it doesn't fit the definition of a conspiracy. Back to 9/11, since there are all of these allegations that have been continuing growing since 9/11 actually occurred, why doesn't the government deny it? It is a very silly question indeed, and it could also lead to even worse things if the government denied the conspiracies through MM. It would also bring suspicion from any "intellectuals" that immediately want to deny everything the government tells them.
Meanwhile the sheep will listen to MM and other news channels, and think nothing of it.

Back to the "intellectuals" or the "eye openers" whatever, they are all the same people. They have their egos raised to the level that they are better than everyone else because they have done more research about a topic than a "sheep" would have in their entire life. Now, with that said, with all these conspiracies made, because there are at least 100's, maybe even 1000's. These people and their egos try and to tell the "sheeps" that they are correct, and that MM is trying to manipulate your mind into thinking exactly what the government wants you to think. So, indeed, these people could actually be "conspirators", well not really to the exact definition of the word conspirator, but based off of what a conspiracy or conspirators is/are defined as today, then yes they are. But are those conspiracies and conspirators.. actually a conspiracy by the government?

Now let's take a step back from that and evaluate that. The government, and obviously everyone in America, realizes that there will be people that are "smarter, intellectual, and brilliant." So, with that said, does the government actually start these "conspiracies" to rally up all of the "conspirators" for potential satisfaction? I think not, since that is such a silly subject to think of, but still. People that think that their "eyes are opened" have read certain information that they think has not been released to the common public, or any ordinary citizen. But.. maybe that these writers and people over the Internet forming these plots, are actually conspirators for the government? (according to everyday definition). By that, I mean that maybe people that are either payed or forced to create conspiracies, are actually with the government to ensure that their is a part of the population that denies everything that the government says? Are these conspiracies, such as 9/11 and Tupac Shakur, have obvious missing holes for people to "research" and form their own theories and opinions on the "conspiracy", actually controlled and regulated by the government? And while these people are "opened", the sheep merely don't give a **** and go about their business.

Are all of these conspirators and conspiracies.. all part of an actual conspiracy by the government? (Are conspiracies.. conspiracies?)

That question is for you, the kind people that click on this topic, to decide, ponder, and formulate your own opinions. I hope you gained some knowledge from this, and certainly do the above about this. I apologize for the essay, but I have wanted to do this for a while. For everyone that actually read the whole thing, I applaud you. Thank you, and have a nice day

PS : I didn't bother re-reading this, so please don't bag on me about any grammar/spelling mistakes.
