Here is a list of the parts:
Asrock H87 Pro4 LGA 1150 Intel H87 HDMI 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel motherboard90$
Intel i3 quad core processor(getting from friend)60$
NVIDIA 640 overclokked g-card(getting from friend)50$
Roswill Green Series 630w power supply$60
Rosewill CHALLENGER case 50$
Seagate barracuda HDD $70
8GB Ram :40-60$
$520-$540 w/ op system and w/o monitor and disk drive
Any upgrades I can get and stay in the same price range?

I'm not sure why a friend would give you a Haswell CPU for sixty dollars a few weeks after they are out but okay. I thought i'd put a build together which would give you waaay better performance than than the GT640 would. Also the motherboard, PSU and case are quality parts so you'd be able to upgrade again later on.
