I have the game saves all ready to play, but can they get you console banned? Some people have reported that they do, but just for sure.

I haven't heard of anyone being console banned, but it is possible. I'd simply be wary about which saves you're using, and try to use one with fame value that isn't ridiculous.
If you're still wary, Horizon just released an editor which is fantastic and which will allow you to mod your save to your discretion instead of someone elses by using a pre-modded gamesave. It's worth checking out:
