Honestly the whole "you can turn Kinect off thing is SO invalid untill they confirm you can unplug it then it's is still considered on". Secondly to all the people saying "What is the government gonna do with pics of kids playing CoD" really? that's all people are saying to justify their argument c'mon. I don't think this whole conspiracy is true but anything is possible especially for XB1 owners in the states because our government truly sucks.

But i bet you, you own a computer, tablet, or phone that has a camera and you dont check if your bieng watched. Example Galaxy s4 is always on watching ur face movement to pause videos and shyt but yet no one check to see if someone is easily watching

Cloud is just another storage device that stores save data onto XBL servers. You don't get watched... You only get watched if your account has been flagged. If you don't want cloud you can deactivate it like you do now on the xbox 360.
