Just kill stuff, I got a Fireball, Lightning bolt and Magic missile while doing murderlin's circle of slaughter.

Just play, you will find them like any other grenade. Most are blue, but the lightning chain is a legendary .

ive got the blue crap mate but i thought the legendary one would have been from someone specific
