I'm trying to setup link but I am confused. I don't know how I am supposed to connect to the Internet on my rgh to download the updates and such without getting banned. This question might be dumb but I am just confused. Thanks.

If you look at the following image,

you will see that you will connect to the internet before you connect to xbox live.

You will only get banned if you attempt to connect to xbox live.
