For a budget, it's an ok build.
First off, I would swap your AMD processor with an intel i7. Typically I would select an i7 3370k, but if price is a factor, the 3370 is almost as good.
I would also try to add a better graphics card, the 450 is a bit dated. To put it into perspective, Nvidia is already in the 700 series. I have a GTX 680, and it's fantastic. I would fully recommend it, but go something above a 450. Again, if budget problems are an issue, try at least the 570 or 650.
