Well i have had my graphics card (Gigabyte GTX 670) for a while now and i disassembled my pc to clean everything and when i went to put it back together my graphics card would not turn on. My graphics card is a windforce so it has 3 fans on the top which will not power on either. Can someone please help!?

Make sure you have the right 8 and 6 pin plugged into the card. Also a picture of your setup would a little bit more.
