1. Make sure you are on the newest update for your device.

To update on iTunes to newest one shift click on "Restore" and select the updated *.ipsw"
2. Go through the start up process on iDevice.
3. Download iOS 7 Update Here - [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
4. On iTunes shift click on check for updates and select "*iOS7.ipsw"
5. Wait for it to complete then you are done.
