I broke the head piece a while back and just found a new replacement but for some reason its not syncing to the amp. Is it because its for a different amp or what?

Like did you buy a whole new headset? If yes then make sure that the head piece and amp are for the same Turtle Beach headset type.

No I just bought the headphones no leads just on its own its an x41 the same as my broken headphone
