It only logical. In real life, if you play football and have actually seen it. Taller players will tend to catch up because of longer strides. This has happened me. So its not stupid.

This is what every one moaned about on fifa 08/09 saying defenders always get out-paced then when EA fix it and make it more realistic, people like you moan that the defenders are too fast. EA Cant win

I didn't mention anywhere that if your taller you are faster, So you get that thought out of your head. Simply I have implied that if you are taller you will longer strides and you will tend to catch up with someone smaller who takes smaller strides. I'm 5'2 and quite fast. But someone who is 6'0 and catches up with me because I am carrying the ball and taking smaller strides. Therefore I am implying that a taller can catch up easily.
