After deleting unwanted clips they still take up space? i deleted them out of recycle ben but still the space is taken up? HELP!

Shouldn't be a problem. Try refreshing your computer. (F5 key)

Did you check the recording folder that the Software makes automatically? All your clips could have been duplicated and placed into that folder by accident and never really deleted in the first place.. If not try rebooting your computer. If that doesn't work after the reboot press F5 and then that will refresh ur computer and then it should work.. If not after all that contact Elgato, you may have a broken Device.
