Not are far as I know, due to iOS 7 coming out soon.
They don't want to make a Jailbreak just to get it patched.

There will not be a jailbreak for 6.1.3. Reason why is because the developers of evasi0n(The people that brought you the 6.1.2. jailbreak.) said that there is no reason to make a jailbreak for it, because iOS Update 6.1.3. is just a "Bug" update. So there would be no reason to make a jailbreak, and then get it patched. Instead they're going to wait until there's a major update. Hope this helped.
