Just because you're a 3 year member it does not mean you are entitled to free coins. I think if you were also an active and helpful 3 year member then you'd have more chance but it looks like you've made an account posted some things then went inactive for ages.

If people are feeling nice they might donate you some but as I said just because you're a 3 year member it doesn't mean you are any more entitled to coins than anyone else asking.
