I just got done watching a recording of the xbox one reveal.
Has microsoft lost sight of the xbox?
It seemed to me like they spent 3/4 of the time talking about watching tv and football.
I have been a die hard xbox fan since the xbox launched but after seeing both the Ps4 and Xbox One reveal I think I may be going with the Ps4.
... Not to mention I won't be able to play any xbox 360 games on the xbox one?!

They are expanding the Xbox brand, but the specs are pretty much the same as the PS4, and both consoles will be pretty much the same. And PS4 is not backwards compatible either, it's something they don't have control over. Both consoles will be great, of course both will have pro's and con's. So don't go expecting the PS4 to be some flawless jesus console, and the Xbox One to be shit. Trust me they will both be amazing. They spend ALOT of time making these.

That is a main feature, they are trying to reveal the new features.
