Owners
I know from experience many people like to become an owner. Being an owner is a rather stressful job on certain servers. I need owners who are mature, friendly and can help contribute to paying for the bills. Please note that if you are accepted to be an owner you only pay for a third of the cost. I would be looking to recruit two owners who can help not only with the community but with the cost. An additional note that you should consider is that you must have a working microphone because I would like a faster way of communication
Builders
Builders must be good and having a group of dedicated people along with you increases your chances of being accepted. Being a one man crew is also fine as long as you can build amazingly. I don't like builders who worldedit a whole flat land ontop of a landscape. It just doesn't look right or nice. If you can build amazingly with buildings and landscape this is the job for you. Additional note is to make sure you have pictures of your work. Please do not use any content not created by you.
Staff
Staff members, are very important. This is one of the most important jobs, you must handle the griefers and hackers. All staff will start as the lowest staff rank and will work their way up and promoted based on their dedication and personality.As a staff member you must be kind and loyal to the community and not instantly ban people. I will not accept anyone who abuses their powers like killing a player for fun. We need very nice, mature members to not rage or jail a new player for not knowing how to warp somewhere or basic things that are common sense to you. If you are very kind to people and have a lot of patience you are going to be accepted easily. Additional note we need very active staff that must be online at least an hour or two on a weekday and three to five hours on weekends and Skype with a working microphone is a major requirement.
Website Manager
In Order to become a website manager we need you to have a lot of experience in creating websites. We also need you to be able to create a neat website with a unique, awesome visual display. The website will not be created until a week prior to the launch so If you can work quickly and effectively that would be great. Web hosts recommendations are always welcome. You must be active and have skype with a working microphone.
Plugin Manager
In order to become our plugin manager you must be able to set up permissions fast and effectively. I know how to do perms they are quite simple. I just don't have time for it, I will be on the server managing plenty of other things. I also require that you tell me what you want to change before saving and going through with the change. You also must have a vast knowledge of plugins that can enhance our players' experience on the server so they can have a fun time. A very nice addition to your skills is to have a working microphone and skype. You must be active at least an hour on weekdays and three or more hours on weekends. If you meet the criteria please apply.

How long have you played Bukkitt: I've played it on and off, whatever I don't know i'm willing to learn.
How many hours can you spend on the server on Weekdays: Once school is out plenty of time. To be safe I'll say 4+ most days, always those busy days where I wouldn't be able to do much.
How many hours can you spend on the server on Weekends: Same situation as above, should be plenty of time, besides when I'm hanging out with friends or working.
I put in two extension applications
Owner Extension
Experience Managing Servers: I've managed 3 or so server, 1 was all last summer then that was shut down, then have manage 2 others but those were shut down soon after. I have plenty of experience with plugins, interaction with the community, and so forth.
How Many Servers Managed and How long: 3, One was last summer, moderated it throughout the whole summer, was shut down when school started for the owner. Then 2 more were small servers, and shut down within a month.
things that makes you unique: I'm what you could call a social engineer, I've turned trolls/griefers into donators on the server that I moderated all summer. Also I'm not one of those moderators that will ask if I should ban a person every 2 seconds, if they have done something, I won't hesitate to ban them (with proof of course).
Can you help pay for server bills: Yes, but within reason. I would hope you wouldn't be expecting me to be dropping 50 dollars a month.
Extra Skills:Why Should I accept you over others: I'm dedicated, intelligent, great with plugins, willing to learn what I don't know, and always willing to have a good time.
Other Interesting Worth Reading things: Not sure if it's interesting, but I play tennis as my main sport (the season is just finishing), also play paintball, basketball, baseball, and love videogames all around.

First I would ask for proof, screen shots or anything. If that answer is no (normally is, to busy freaking out) then i would invsee the supposed griefer, invsee the complainer, see if anyone has the diamonds. Then I would vanish (take it you have the plugin), and see what they do, pretty easy to see whose guilty from that. Then I would take appropriate action.

First I would ask to see if he took screenshots of the supposed harassment, otherwise I would check the chat logs.

No, that would most likely make the person quit, therefore being pointless.
