I just think a lot of things could go wrong if you delete all drivers. Im pretty sure there was a program around made to remove the graphics drivers entirely.

You'll be fine with it. Your system won't draw anywhere near 400w, so with that PSU you'll be fine.
I, too, recommend doing a complete driver wipe. However, I'd use Driver Fusion. Download it (google it), install, run, analyse, then click on all of the Nvidia options (should do red) and then delete. Once deleted do a system reboot.
It stops older drivers interfering, which can happen when trying to overclock etc.

ok, im of up to 660 but, would i install the graphics card then delet or delet first then install??

Delete all of the old drivers first, then install the new ones.
