I'm thinking about buying an rgh what will I need to do to keep my console unbanned ? Thanks .

You will need to not go online. Unless, you want to spend another 100 to get a server.

What do you mean? Rgh's aren't on live for free unless you figure out the method yourself. If you are planning on paying for xbls or nxbls then its nothing you can really do. It WILL be banned but you can always flash the nand yourself.
