Your expectations are too high. The team is bad because 3 out of 4 of the defenders have high attacking workrates. Also, 4321 is a very easy formation to play against.

Handicap + defenders with less than 80 pace are useless in fifa

There is no such thing as handicap, handicap is an excuse bad players make because they think high rated player=win every game.It's down to your work rates mate.

Workrates are overhyped. They honestly don't make that much of a difference.

Like you said, if you're a good player, then it isn't your ability. Maybe it just doesn't accommodate to your style of play.

I didn't get threatened in defence or anything he got 1 goal whilst i was going into someones party... But the fact i couldn't score with 76 percent possession and 21 shot's it's ridicoulous and the team is up for sale now.

nice record if its true but not doubting your skill who the hell have you been playing the top players in the world lose more than that over 400 games????
