Ha, no.

Laptops use specialized parts and aren't interchangeable as desktops are. Good luck.

You're best off ordering one that has good value and build. A thousand dollars is plenty. Try working with 100.

They obviously mean he should build his own desktop which IS the best idea IF he is looking for a gaming PC.

OP:We don;t really know what you're looking to do with this PC or where you live so can't help you properly without this information.
