Is there anyway to have treyarch reset my multiplayer stats?

Any help is appreciated.

you could always keep boosting until you get reset or you can use the fresh start option

I've already been reset and kept all my deaths, I've prestiged hoping that i could use a prestige award to reset my stats but I've been banned from getting them so now I'm stuck with this K/D unless i can figure out a way to get them to reset me.

You'll need to get a modded lobby, go to the prestige above the one got reset at, or play on another account.
