Is there maybe a default.xex file on the root of the hard drive? Or if you leave it sit for a little while does it give an error screen, like E68?

well I added a trainer to the root and added to the dash launch plugin and then I played with the trainer then got of and then I turned it back on and it started it,and could be that and idk about the error let me leave it on for 10min hold on

Yeah, my xbox either freezes or displays E71 I think it was if there's a default.xex file on the root. I don't know if it'd do it with a differently named .xex though. And it should pop up with an error within a minute at most, I don't think it'd be that though. Just throwing out suggestions.
