Hello, this is an easy process and you WILL not get good "benefits" compared to other partnerships thats exactly why they look for good amount of views and subs so they can make money off you. But this is for people that want the banner on there channel or there videos to have thumbnails.
Steps

3. Follow there steps and then wait the told amount while your filling this out, I believe it took my new channel 3 days.
4. Enjoy your new partnered channel

It obviously a good thing I posted it as 2 people have just found this out now..so in my opinion this should be stickyed if not mine then someone elses.
