How do you view a friends squad.

Go to the frontpage of ultimate team, where you can click on everything, like divisions, tournaments, its called PLAY.
Go to play, and then one of the squares is called PLAY A FRIEND'S SQUAD, go click on that, choose a side, choose your team and go to your friend's team, and press TRIANGLE, if you have a xbox it should say what to press under the team logo
