Hi I was wondering if anyone could help me find the best possible headset for around 100$. The types of games I play are call of duty and many sports games. Thanks in advance.

I might get this headset [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] can any help me decide to get these or save a bit more and get a different headset?

I would just recommend turtle beaches x12. They are pretty good and reliable for a $60 headset.

My experience w/ Turtle Beach x12's haven't been all that great. I have had 2 pairs in the last year and trust me when I say that I take care of my stuff. Can't stand tangled cords, always set stuff down gently.

After the second pair broke I just decided to open up the headset and check out whats going on and realized how poorly they do the wiring and that they really cram all the stuff inside the ear cup.

Afterwards I bought a pair of Turtle Beach x32's for just under $100 and these things have outlasted the x12's by 2 months going on 3. I have had no problems w/ these at all and don't feel cheap.

Thanks for all the help. I might get the turtle beach ear force tangos.

Here they are [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Has anyone had them or would you recommend a different pair?
