It has no RRoD history.
Every jtag gets a fake RRoD which is fixes just by turning it off then back on. That's one of the down sides of bridging fuses..
On a different hand, the jtag is still for sale. There is a pending buyer but he is having payment difficulties so if someone can make the payment before him I will sell to you.
