Weapon Glitch
All you must do for the glitch is to throw a weapon, and then as the weapon is in mid air you enter your inventory and deselect the weapon that you threw. Exit the inventory and go and pick the weapon up. You will then have two of the same weapon.
Money Glitch
After you have done this a few times go to a trader and sell your Replicate Weapons. This earns you a unlimited supply of money to use on what you like.

This method is very buggy. I would recommend the method from the first where someone shoots the item you are trying to duplicate, this worked for me.
And an easier way I have found of getting money and xp is to buy blades and bring them to that chick near the crashed heli. You pay 300 for each blade and get almost 2000 back, plus xp.
