Okay So I See This Guys Post

It Says Uprising Comes Out On The 15th In Hawaii

Could We Possibly Switch Our Locale To Hawaii And Get The DLC Early ?

The dlc is released at the same time no matter what time zone you're in.

No... All those times are THE SAME.

It'll be 11 in Hawaii at the same time it's 1 in Alaska or 2 Pacific time.

It won't matter. It all comes out at the same time due to the time change. So when it is coming out in Hawaii at 11:00, then it will be 5:00 on the east coast.
