Does any one know how to de-interlace a video recorded with the hd pvr. I cant seem to get rid of the combing lines in the video my friend sent me. He recorded it with his hd pvr. If you dont know what interlaced videos are: Basically its like every other frame changes position slightly. So it looks like the video is moving up and down really fast like if you were watching it with an old film projector. When I import it into sony vegas it just looks like there are lines across the video. Heres some pictures as an example:
