There isn't a single "best class", as nothing is the optimal choice in every situation (i.e. a suppressed SMG isn't going to outgun a sniper across the map, yet it may do better at close range.)
With that being said, I find that a suppressed M27 with quickdraw & an adjustable stock excels in more situations than any other. Throw on Ghost, Toughness, Scavenger, & Dexterity and you can easily outgun an SMG when you're rounding a corner, take out just about anyone from mid range, & win more gun fights than any other rifle.

While this is my personal preference, I don't expect it to work for everyone; we don't all have the same play style. I mix it up, however tend to run n' gun more than anything. If you share a similar play style, give it a shot & let me know how it goes!

AN94 - STOCK & SILENCER
PERK 1- LIGHTWEIGHT & FLAK JACKET
PERK 2- TOUGHNESS * SCAVENGER
PERK 3- DEXTERITY

There is no best class but I like the MSMC with long barrel, fast mag and toughness with anything else that will fit the gamemode
