Do you mean where you keep buying and selling the same item from the same person untill you have all there caps? if so then yes it still works

If you are going to do glitches you might as well modify your save with infinite caps, still exploitng the game...

do you mean the one for new vegas in the casino
yes you can but you have to delete the new update
and get the caps then save then upload the update
and you will still have the caps

just mod the game, it is time consuming to glitch when you can mod the caps in 2 minutes and there you go.

Yes, the caps glitch still works, as long as you remove all updates... That's really annoying to have to re-download updates for every game you play though!

Don't do it.
If you have bought DLC's and you are attempting to do it via deleting update
You must delete the add-ons as they will freeze the loading
Just don't do it, with the time it takes to do the glitch, you could've made loads of caps wondering around

If you're talking about the caps glitch in Fallout 3 at The Citadel armory, then yes. Simple, just have two laser pistols in poor condition and keep buying/selling them. Wallah! You profit.
In New Vegas, you can keep visiting black mountain, kill all the super mutants and sell there weapons for profit. The higher the level, the better the weaponry they have, thus resulting in more caps. Keep letting them respawn and you profit very quick. TIP: repair duplicates.
