Hey guys in back and ive got some questions.

So, I pretty much decided on the parts for my build but ive got some important questions

Build [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

First off, Im Looking at my gpu, and i cant decide between the Gtx 660 Ti and the Radeon 7950. They are both in my range, but ive got some mixed opinions on both of them.

Ive ran some benchmarks here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] and it seems like the 7950 just does beat it out, but im not quite sure. If you guys can give me some opinions that would be great.

Next, im wondering about my power supply, i know that i should buy a good power supply, and i have money saved for that. But im just not sure on the wattage, ive ran so many tests giving me numbers as low as 350 all the way up to 725, im looking to spend no more than $100 on this so if you guys could recommend me one that would be great

Any ways that you guys can help that would be great and ill be sure to rep you.

Also, if you guys see anyways that i can save so money without sacrificing too much performance feel free to let me know, I am a little over budget so any money saving can help.

Thanks Again!

For the PSU, you'll want a quality 550w unit like one of these:

And the 7950 is a better card. I recommend this one:

As for your other parts, I'd suggest the following:

-The Enermax ETS-T40-TB is a bit better than the Hyper 212 Evo and for the sake of keeping everything on Newegg: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

-The Asrock Z77 Extreme4 will do everything you need for less: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

-For $100, you can get a better case like the Antec Eleven Hundred or NZXT Phantom: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

-Samsung 840 Pro > Crucial M4: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

i also don't reccomend the 660ti. this is because fore the price difference between the 660 and the 660ti isnt worth the performance difference. either go for the 670, amd 7950, or the 660

i also agree with the r00t about the motherboard. i have the z77 extreme4 and it's awesome. it looks cool, works great, it has an easy bios menu for overclocking, and is pretty cheap
