In plain terms, yes. But not as well as it'd seem. It's pretty much the bare minimum in terms of gaming. I lol'd when he said i7. It's a 2-core Pentium. The PSU he also picked is a budget brand $25 POS with no background to prove it's standards. With expensive equipment depending on that thing, I wouldn't use it. A 550Ti is okay, but with newer cards coming out and new games requiring higher performance, a 550 is not really worth it considering that a 650 Ti is only 50 dollars shy of it and way better in terms of performance. 4 gigs of RAM is cutting it. My system uses about 4 gigs of RAM without even gaming with the stuff I have open. And only 300 GB of space? believe me, you run out quick considering games average over 10 GB a piece. The mobo is on the low end side but it'll work. The case, lets face it, looks really plain. So sure, it'll work. But things will slowly start pestering you with how limited you'll be. Most of the parts are outdated and when you want to upgrade in the future, you'll end up spending way more than you should.
