Elder Scrolls 4 came out in 2006. ES 5 came out in 2011.
Remember, Bethesda made Fallout 3. Bethesda did NOT make New Vegas.
But in all likelyhood, yes it will be announced soon. This is within a pretty standard amount of time. They made quite clear that they bought the rights to fallout because they want to keep making fallout games.
So try not to stress too much, okay? Remember, there are those of us who've been playing the fallout series from the beginning. Fallout 2 came out in 1998. Fallout 3 came out in 2008.
It could be worse, is what im saying.
Edit: Matt... Bethesda isnt making Elder Scrolls Online. Its being *published* by bethesda, not made by them.

Actually Fallout New Vegas was both developed and published by Bethesda. It was developed by Bethesda Game Studios and Obsidian Entertainment (although I will admit mainly Obsidian). Yes it could be worse, but since Bethesda bought the rights for Fallout 4, chances are they don't plan on wasting their money. I expect they will release more information when the next-gen consoles are released.

I love the fallout series and i have faith that fallout 4 will be good
