When I host system link (mw2) infections/most dvars and clan tag works but prestige doesn't work when I back out on retail. I use the Ethernet port but I have a network adapter if that's the problem. Please help +rep

Make sure you have Xbox live unlocks on and your retail has to be connected to you JTAG in the same network. You can't have your retail hooked up to your JTAG directly in the back because it will make your retail go offline and for challenges/prestiges to stick your retail has to remain online the whole time.
