Im going to buy a sub and amp for my car soon. Not sure what kind or anything like that yet but i had a friend who recently bought speakers and stuff. He had a lot of extra speaker wire he gave me. Its 1 gauge. Is this good or should i just not use it and get better?

Well, use them and if there are better ones and you just don't wanna use those anymore, just buy better ones.

! gauge wire goes from positive on battery terminal to the positive on your amp then the ground goes from your amp to a ground point on your car frame. just google it lol
