Alright so i keep seeing this dragon just fly around me in circles then fly off and not appere as a red skull or even attack me soooo please tell me what its doing

more than likley a bug. its happend to me before where a dragon was flying backwards.

Its normal. Dragons have a script to fly around, not be hostile and just fly off. Which scripting the dragon uses is random, the AI for them decides randomly if they pick attack, fly around, or whatever.
